It means you will get UNLIMITED access to a dedicated residency match advisor (matched resident/fellow in the U.S.) who is available to answer your questions and provide guidance throughout your application process via WhatsApp, text, or email. This will start from the time you sign up to the platinum package until the end of March 2027.

As all our advisors are residents/fellows/attendings in the U.S. with very busy schedules and clinical responsibilities, we kindly request that you give them 24-48 hours to respond to your questions and assist you in your journey. For more in-depth discussions, we recommend utilizing the advising hours included in the platinum package.

The advisor you select for your advising sessions will be the same one providing you with unlimited support throughout the Match season. This continuity ensures personalized follow-up care and dedicated support throughout your journey.

Once registered, we will provide you with a catalog featuring our expert advisors from various specialties. You can review their profiles and choose the advisor that best aligns with your needs. We will then connect you with your preferred advisor and schedule your advising sessions at a time that works for you and your advisor.

To ensure consistent support and guidance, the advisor you select for your residency advising hours will also be the same advisor for your “unlimited access”.

The advisor you choose for your residency advising sessions can differ from the advisor you select for your interview preparation. Some advisors have an additional fee given their longer experience and busier clinical schedule.

If you register for the Gold package, you will get access to one of our courses for 3 months. If you buy the Platinum package, you will get access to our Research Course & Finding Research Positions courses for a year, and another course of your choice for 6 months.

The Residency Program Navigator is an extensive resource that provides in-depth information about residency programs. It includes essential details such as the number and percentage of IMGs in each program, cutoff scores, year of graduation (YOG), visa requirements, location, USCE required, and more. This valuable guide assists applicants in selecting programs that align well with their individual applications and goals.

Currently, the Residency Program Navigator is available for the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Pathology, and Neurology. We will keep expanding the list to include all specialties.

Match Guarantee means if you don’t secure a residency spot this year, we’ll continue to provide edits for your CV and Personal Statement until you successfully match! Please note, it doesn’t cover repeating interview preparation or advising hours (if these were already used), and it does not guarantee a residency spot in the U.S.

If you are not satisfied with your advisor after the first session, kindly inform us, and we will happily assign you a new advisor. Additionally, we will not count the unsatisfactory session towards your total sessions.
